Add the ability to like / add an emote to any forum message.

This can be used to upvote/ downvote messages as well to express feelings, etc.

Add spam protection for too many requests.

If there are too many emotes, show only the most counted ones + sort by created first

Reaction alert would be good as well if performance allows it.

Admin / moderator option to mange reactions easily

Maybe display reactions on message index after a certain threshold?
